More about Bailey, M.S.Ed, LPC

Let’s be honest, being human is hard, nobody has it together— but we don’t have to do it alone.

Bailey is a relational therapist who believes deeply in the idea: if it’s important to you, it’s important. The owner and founder of two things therapy LLC, Bailey holds an LPC license and a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. Bailey offers a personalized approach that meets clients where they are because therapy isn't one-size-fits-all.

Her experience includes mental health case management, teaching at Indiana University, UW-Platteville, Madison College, experience in day treatment, elementary schools, and leading programs through the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life at Indiana University. Bailey has experience in group practice, private practice and clinical settings. These roles have shaped how she explores, challenges, and supports the unique experiences, stressors, and strengths her clients bring into the room.

Bailey integrates EMDR, ACT, CBT, parts work, relational therapy and a dash of sarcasm to support teens, college students, young women, educators, and aspiring helping professionals. Her work centers on identity development, burnout, attachment, people pleasing, boundaries, relationship dynamics, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

Bailey specializes in work with dating in 2026 (let’s be real, it’s brutal out here), friendships, the single girl experience, the life of a teenager and life transitions of a young adult.

She believes that many things can be true at once — and she’s here to hold space for it all, with you.

When she’s not in the therapy room, you’ll likely find Bailey watching reality TV, sipping coffee, journaling, reading Sarah J Maas, or cheering (rather obnoxiously) at a hockey game.
