Hi! I’m Bailey—a therapist passionate about creating spaces where growth can flourish. I hold the frame, you fill in the picture.

I specialize in working with teens, college students, young women, helping professionals, educators, and aspiring therapists. My work involves supporting clients through anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, burnout, and identity exploration.

I have a special place in my heart for the single girlies navigating modern dating. If you've ever stared at your phone wondering whether to send the text, overanalyzed every mixed signal, convinced yourself someone hates you because they used a period instead of an exclamation point, or found yourself anxious as f*!k over a relationship that hasn't even officially started—you've found your therapist.

Together, we make sense of the big feelings that come with growing up, figuring out who you are, navigating friendships and family dynamics, surviving social media, dating in 2026 (which honestly deserves its own diagnosis), and building relationships that actually feel secure and authentic.

Whether you're a teenager feeling overwhelmed, a college student trying to figure out what comes next, a young professional learning to take up space, or someone ready to stop settling for less than they deserve, I meet you with compassion, curiosity, and the belief that you're already the expert on your own life.

I work from an attachment-informed, relational lens, helping clients understand how past experiences can influence the way they show up in relationships today. Together, we'll notice patterns without judgment, build healthier boundaries, strengthen communication, and create relationships—with others and with yourself—that feel more secure, intentional, and aligned with your values.

I also have a heart for helping professionals, educators, and aspiring therapists—people who spend so much of their lives caring for others that they often forget they're allowed to need care, too. We'll work to unlearn perfectionism, navigate burnout, reconnect with purpose, set boundaries that actually stick, and remind you that helping professionals are not the exception to the rule. Your wellness matters just as much as everyone else's.

My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and refreshingly real. I believe healing doesn't have to happen in a silent room full of clinical jargon. Sometimes it looks like tears. Sometimes it looks like giggles. We get to be human in therapy.

My role isn't to "fix" you, because you were never broken. My role is to help you better understand your story, reconnect with your strengths, discover what matters most to you, and build a life and relationships that feel authentic—not performative.
