More about Bailey, LPC

Being human is hard — but we don’t have to do it alone.

Bailey is a relational therapist who believes deeply in the idea: if it’s important to you, it’s important. Holding an LPC license and a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, she offers a personalized, compassionate approach that meets clients where they are. Bailey prioritizes building genuine, authentic therapeutic relationships and knows that therapy isn't one-size-fits-all.

Her experience includes mental health case management, teaching at Indiana University, day treatment, elementary schools, and leading programs through the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life. These roles have shaped how she explores, challenges, and supports the unique experiences, stressors, and strengths her clients bring into the room.

Bailey integrates EMDR, ACT, CBT, polyvagal theory, and relational therapy to support young adults, college students, young women, educators, and aspiring helping professionals. Her work centers on identity development, boundaries, relationship dynamics, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

She believes that many things can be true at once — and she’s here to hold space for it all, with you.

When she’s not in the therapy room, you’ll likely find Bailey watching reality TV, sipping coffee, journaling, reading, or cheering at a hockey game.
